"The technician (Sergei) that serviced my vents was very prompt on time, spoke with respectability, and very knowledgeable on his tradecraft. He informed me all the mishaps that we’re discovered from initial inspection of the unit and asked if I had ever serviced my vents, I had advised him that all the ducts were cleaned out last year by IAQ medics (HVAC company) after I had bought and moved in my home. Sergei disagreed that the dryer vents were ever cleaned and showed me videos and pictures of what the dryer pipes looked like. I was extremely disappointed in the other company’s work and questioned their integrity in facilitating services to homes. Sergei spent 3 1/2 hours fixing the “mishaps” and all an all charged a reasonable price. I will 100% be going back to this company to do any type of duct cleaning."

"I reached out for their services back in September. I decided to wait until after part of our home was remodeled. I reached back out and was placed on their schedule. They walked me through the process and got to work. All of the vents and ducts were cleaned. I was offered cleaning of some of the other items, but I opted not to do those due to me getting ready to replace them. The previous homeowner had a dog.
